Timothy "Tim" Frost

Timothy “Tim” Dean Frost, 64, of Texas City, Texas, passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 27, 2021.

Tim was born December 21, 1956, in Galveston, Texas. He was a technician III in the maintenance department at Houston HCA Healthcare Hospital. He was also a licensed plumber with medical certification and held an associate in electronics. Tim could fix or repair anything that needed fixing. He had a passion for his work and was sure to put perfection in any job he did, no matter how big or small.

Tim may be remembered most by all the animated electronics he annually created for over 20 years for the ‘Frost Halloween Animated Haunted Yard’. It gave the county, family, and children of all ages, a safe place to go to enjoy the true spirit of Halloween.  He brought a lot of joy to them all and it gave him joy just knowing he made others happy.

He is preceded in death by his parents Tommy L. Frost and Lorraine.

Survivors include his brother, Thomas “Larry” L. Frost and wife Donna; ex-wife Florence McMillian; five stepchildren; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; cousins and close friends.

There will be no services per the family request, instead they ask friends and family to celebrate Tim's life by leaving memories and condolences on his memorial page.
