Biography
Naomi Perkins Brannon, 86, of Texas City, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010, in League City.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, February 27, at the First United Methodist Church in Texas City. Burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, February 26, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.
Mrs. Brannon was born August 25, 1923 in Bridgeport, Texas. She was retired from Sears after 33 years of service and was a member of the Philathea Class at First United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband Wesley Charles Brannon; her parents; and her sister Eldeen Grace.
Survivors include her sons Wayne Brannon and wife Alice and Tom Brannon and wife Karen; daughter Sharon Zeringue and husband Francis; brother Ernest Lynn Perkins; grandchildren: Amy Anderson, Andrea Gross, Brian Zeringue and Leslie Mullen, Stacey Barkwell, Tami Quan, and Jordana Fayollat; great-grandchildren: Ethan, Josiah, Susannah, Emma, John Mark, and Reece Anderson, Clara and Zachery Gross, Hannah, Amanda, and Justin Zeringue, Cameron and Keegan Mullen.
